Standard Promotion Terms and Conditions

Treatment packages are not able to be split between more than one person.
Promotional pricing is not applicable for existing bookings and will only apply to new bookings made and paid for in full during the promotion period.
Offer is for a limited time only and is subject to availability.
The Skin Logics reserves the right to end the sale or offer at any time without prior notification or advertisement.
Promotion pricing applies to the specified treatments only. Excludes all other treatments and products listed in Skin Logics Treatment and pricing guide, or website.
Skin Logics medical practitioners and technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and to refuse treatment for client, if deemed not suitable. This decision is to be made by Skin Logics medical practitioner and/or technician in their absolute discretion.
The terms of our refund policy
These terms and conditions apply to all sales and promotions by any Skin Logics.
The Skin Logics Limited has no obligations to, or relationship with customers of any The Cosmetic or appearance medicine Clinics.

Series and packages:

All standard laser hair removal /tattoo removal packages that include a series of 3-4x treatments or are valid for 6 months from purchase.
All standard laser hair removal / tattoo packages that include a series of 6x treatments or are valid for 9 months from purchase.
All standard laser hair removal /tattoo removal packages that include a series of 12x treatments or are valid for 15 months from purchase.
All standard skin packages must include a series of 3 treatments or more and are valid for 6 months from purchase.

Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package Terms & Conditions

Clients may purchase the full body laser hair removal package at the prices set out in the marketing materials from time to time unless otherwise advised.
The full body laser hair removal package includes all of the laser hair removal areas offered by Skin Logics, as set out in the marketing materials from time to time. This package does not include laser hair removal areas that are not currently offered by Skin Logics.
Clients may elect to remove any area from their full body laser hair removal package.
Clients must advise the staff at the time of purchase which areas they are nominating to be included in treatment.
No reduction in price is available where areas have been removed from the package.
Bookings must be made for all laser hair removal treatments.
Bookings for this package may not be available at all times on all days.
The package is not transferrable and cannot be split between clients.
Clients must pre-pay for this package.
Multiple pre-paid discount prices are available.

Pre Botulinum toxin/ Pre Filler / Pre Laser Consultations

Each client must have a complimentary consultation before any treatment is agreed to or undertaken.
Skin Logics medical practitioners, nurses and technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.
The skin care and facial assessments with/ without Observe 520 system will cost $150 . 100% of this cost will be credited if a skin care package is purchased for at least 4 treatment sessions ( If recommended). If no active treatment with Laser, dermafrac, Fillers , botulinum treatment , needling or peels is required, the waiver of the consultation cost will not apply.

Gift Cards, Gift Certificates & Gift Vouchers

Gift Cards Purchased in Clinic and Gift Certificates Purchased Online

Gift certificate/card is redeemable for product and services at Skin Logics only. (unless otherwise stated).
Gift certificate/card is not redeemable for cash or credit.
No change can be given, however unused value will remain until the date of expiry on the certificate/card.
Valid for 12 months from issue.
Client will need to complete a client registration form and attend a complimentary consultation prior to commencement of treatment.
Skin Logics reserves the right to determine if the client is suitable for treatment and can at any time refuse to treat. If no other suitable product or service is available, the value of the certificate/card may be refunded or where applicable exchanged for a certificate or voucher .

The nominated user / recipient of all gift certificates will be required to provide photo identification upon redemption in clinic.

Cosmetic Injectables:

Standard Terms for Cosmetic Injectables

All cosmetic injectable treatments require pre-booking and consultation with our medical professionals prior to treatment.
Cosmetic injectable clients must be considered medically suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our medical professionals (including Register Nurse / Nurse Practitioner and Doctor).
Skin Logics medical practitioners, nurses and technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and can at any time refuse to treat.
Consultation will cost $150. If the client goes through with the Injectable treatment then 100% cost of consult will be credited towards the cost of the treatment — if the cost of treatment is more than $300.
The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used for the treatment.
Advertised prices are based upon our minimum recommended dosage. More units may be required based upon technicians assessment of individual’s needs, desired outcome and genetic makeup (both men and women may vary).
The product names of anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers are not used in advertising by Skin Logics. Please contact our clinic for further details.
All treatment packages can only be used by one customer within the one treatment appointment (all at one time).

Excessive Sweating – Underarms

All cosmetic injectable treatments require pre-booking and consultation with our medical professionals prior to treatment.
Treatment only available at Skin Logics, Unit7 , 152 Horsham down Road, Rototuna North, Hamilton.
Cosmetic injectable clients must be considered medically suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our medical professionals (including Register Nurse / Nurse Practitioner and Doctor).
Consultation will cost $150. If the client goes through with the Injectable treatment then 100% cost of consult will be credited towards the cost of the treatment — if the cost of treatment is more than $300.
The advertised price is based upon 150 units of Dysport® or 50 Units of Botox (anti-wrinkle treatment) per underarm . More units may be required based upon technician’s assessment of individual’s needs, desired outcome, and genetic makeup (both men and women may vary). Should additional units be required, additional cost will be charged.
The treatment units can only be used by one customer within the one treatment appointment (all at one time).

Cosmetic Injectables Anti-Wrinkle Treatment Packages – Dysport® or Botox or Xeomin

The following terms and conditions apply for the purchase of the following Anti-Wrinkle packages. Pricing is a guideline only and may vary:
- Forehead lines from $340:
  - Price detailed above is for 50 units of Dysport® or 20 Units of Xeomin or Botox in total and is recommended for one treatment area.
- Frown lines or Crow’s Feet from $340 :
  - Price detailed above is for 50 units of Dysport® or 20 Units of Xeomin or Botox in total and is recommend for one treatment area.
- Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area. If a client requires more than the number of units listed to treat the selected areas, additional payment will be required at the standard per unit Dysport®/ Xeomin/ Botox price. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases a package but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product units in the package in the one appointment.
The number of units actually administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product.
Possible areas for treatment may include frown lines, crow’s feet, or forehead lines.
Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.
Packages cannot be split over appointments.

Cosmetic Injection Dermal Filler Packages:

Clients may require less or more Dermal Filler to treat the selected area and to achieve the desired result. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases a package but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product in the package in one appointment.
All treatment will have to be pre paid.
The number of Dermal Filler actually administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product.
Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.
Packages cannot be split over appointments.
